I could not be more appreciative than I am for J Bogdan and his law office. One of the scariest moments of my career was when the DEA had issues with some of the practices in my office. Even though I was following exactly the FDA requirements for the administration of a specialty controlled medication, the DEA had an issue with the way we were utilizing it. This escalated to an issue that could have affected mental health offices across the country, since all practices that dispense this medication follow the same protocols. Several years ago, I was completing my Master's Degree Education and was preparing to apply to Medical School. Unfortunately, I was arrested during that time and ended up pleading guilty to a misdemeanor reckless driving charge. I had never been in legal trouble before and I thought that this would ruin my medical career before it even started. After having my application deemed deficient on three separate occasions due to prior charges, I felt I had hit a wall and would never get my license. IDFPR held up nursing license

I reached out to The Law Offices of Joseph J. Bogdan LLC after receiving a deficiency notice letter from IDFPR. My nursing license application would not be process until I submitted a letter and certified documents from my local circuit county. The very next day I was connected with attorney Patrick who helped me every step of the way. He helped me write my required letter and explained how to obtain the needed paperwork. Second CCT agreement!!!

I hired Jay after the attorney I was working with was making me feel pretty hopeless about my situation with IDFPR. I called Jay who was honest, hopeful, and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the entire process and I felt prepared when we went in front of the board. He got me a second CCT agreement- which is basically unheard of. When your license is on the line, call Jay.

Jay was invaluable in helping me through this difficult process. After discovering my nursing license was in the process of being revoked, I was urged to hire Jay to negotiate my case. He walked me through the process and made it easy. He answered my questions, no matter how trivial (even on the weekend!) He was able to personalize my case with members of the nursing board and the department prosecutor. He did several “behind the scenes” negotiations with the department. I was in big trouble with the nursing board and it was the second time I was in this trouble. The best outcome was not really acceptable to me, but Jay took his time and with wisdom and professional knowledge Jay got me an outcome that was great!! I can honestly say that Jay and Patrick are the perfect team. These two individuals helped me out when I really didn't think I stood a fighting chance. Dr. Bogdan was great help when I had to remediate for my pharmacy licensure. We read thru all the documents pertaining to pharmacy from IDFPR and I found many questions I had on my exam from there. If you are doing well on the exam, you get harder and harder questions and you do not know where the questions may come from. My third attempt at the ILMPJE, I can proudly say I passed.
